In the interest of transparency, we want to keep our customers informed as we work through the situation following the recent dryer fire.

Current Status

• Everyone is safe. All customers and employees are safe and uninjured.

• The fire was relatively contained. We anticipate that repairs will not take very long.

• Our reopening date is still undetermined. We are currently waiting on insurance-related processes following the deployment of a fire extinguisher. Unfortunately, these are circumstances outside of our control, and we cannot yet provide a confirmed reopening date.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward reopening as soon as possible.

Laundry Pickup Information

For customers who currently have laundry inside the store:

• Thursday, October 15 | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Attendants will be available at the store for laundry pickup.

• Additional pickup times: Any future availability will be announced here and on our Facebook page.

• Pickup or delivery outside of posted hours: Please contact our General Manager directly at 775-300-4893 to discuss arrangements.
